WE PLACE HIGH DEMANDS ON OUR DISTRIBUTORS:
Our distributors must:
- Have a great reputation.
- Have aspirations of working with our product and developing the distribution of Moroccanoil. Implementation in the region starts with the key brand product – Moroccanoil Treatment. Other products will be input gradually.
- Allocate qualified personal sales representatives and stylists to work with the brand, who are able to present our products to future clients or salons and to train future stylists.
- Hae account managers who are qualified enough to work with monthly analytical reports (market research with statistics for potential clients in the region)
- Make monthly reports about current working progress, sales volume and new clients.
- Be able to hold 2 or 3 Moroccanoil official events per year (product launches, celebrations and others)
OUR DEMANDS TO THE COMPANY AND STAFF:
- To know and to follow the rules of working with our products and clients.
- To provide only trained staff who are aware of proper product presentation and can answer clients common questions.
- To have a strategy for working with clients (with A-class salons).
- To take part in promo events for clients and stylists.
- To make advertising and other marketing communications plans and to have it approved by Head Office.
